Airport Pickup & Drop: Pickup at 9:00 AM & 12:00 PM, Drop at 9:00 AM as per fixed timings.

- Himalayan BS6 Bike: For those choosing bikes as a mode of transportation.
Bike Rent & Fuel: Included from Leh to Leh.
Riding Gears:
- Knee guard, elbow guard, helmet, riding gloves, riding jacket (Level 2).
- Note: It’s recommended to carry your own riding gear for comfort and safety. Provided gear is of standard size, so there might be size discrepancies.
Accommodations: On a sharing basis as per the itinerary.

Exclusions
5% GST: Applicable on the total cost.
Early Check-in & Late Check-out:
- Early check-in (Before 1:00 PM) & late check-out (After 11:00 AM) at the hotel.
Personal Expenses: Any expenses of a personal nature.
Accommodation/Food Costs: Additional costs incurred due to delays in travel.
Spare Parts Cost: Cost of any spare part required due to accidental damage while the motorbike is in the rider’s possession.
Bike Transfer/Towing: Costs incurred to transfer or tow the motorbike if dropped on the way.
Vehicle Servicing/Maintenance: Any servicing or maintenance costs for the vehicle.
Meals Not Included: Any lunch or other meals not mentioned in the package inclusions.
Travel Costs: Airfare, rail fare, or transportation costs from Manali or Srinagar not mentioned in "Inclusions".
Parking & Monument Fees: Parking and monument entry fees during sightseeing.
Additional Costs: Costs due to flight cancellations, landslides, roadblocks, or any natural calamities.
Security Deposit: A security deposit of Rs. 5,000 per motorbike for servicing/maintenance, refundable after the trip if there’s no damage or spare parts required (Refund processed after 7 business days).
Other Services: Any other services not specified in the inclusions.
