Welcome to Love For Mountains Travels, located at 24, Ranikhet-Almora NH, Papoli, Uttarakhand 263643. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.
1. Booking and Age Requirements
Our travel packages are designed with specific age restrictions:
- Backpacking Trips: 18 – 40 years
- Weekend Getaways: 18 – 38 years
- Himalayan Treks: 18 – 48 years
- Biking Trips: 18 – 45 years
- Customized Trips: No age limit
It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure they meet the age criteria for their chosen package. We reserve the right to verify age at the time of booking or departure.
2. Payment Policy
Love For Mountains Travels requires payment as per the following policies. Payment can be made securely through Razorpay.
Booking Amount: Booking amount payment is mandatory to reserve a slot.
Balance Payment: Payment is structured based on the booking date:
- Up to 30 days before the trip: Booking amount required, with the option for full or partial payment.
- 29 – 21 days before the trip: 50% payment is mandatory.
- 20 – 15 days before the trip: 75% payment is mandatory.
- 14 – 7 days before the trip: Full payment is required.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Up to 30 days before the trip: Free cancellation with a full refund, minus the booking amount (refunded as credit).
- 29 – 21 days before the trip: 25% of the trip amount is non-refundable.
- 21 – 15 days before the trip: 50% of the trip amount is non-refundable.
- 14 – 0 days before the trip: No refund will be provided.
Batch shifting is available up to 30 days before the trip, with no additional charges. Please review our full Cancellation Policy on our website for complete details.
4. Package Inclusions and Exclusions
Each travel package page on our website provides a detailed list of inclusions and exclusions for the specific trip. Participants are encouraged to review these details carefully before booking.
Please note that Love For Mountains Travels does not offer travel insurance. Travelers are responsible for obtaining their own travel insurance if needed.
5. Liability and Disclaimer
Love For Mountains Travels organizes travel arrangements as specified in each package. However, unforeseen events, including weather disruptions, strikes, or other uncontrollable circumstances, may affect your experience. We are not liable for any alterations in the itinerary due to such events.
Our liability is limited to the inclusions specified in each package. Any additional services availed by the participant are outside our responsibility.
6. Data Collection and Privacy
We collect personal information, including name, contact number, and email address, for booking and communication purposes.
We prioritize the privacy of our customers. Your information is kept confidential and is not shared with any third parties, except as required by law or to process your booking.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Love For Mountains Travels reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes relevant to their bookings.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Uttarakhand.
