Refund Policy
At Love For Mountains Travels, we strive to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our clients. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for cancellations. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.
1. Booking Amount and Payment Policies
Payments made for bookings are subject to our payment policy. We offer options for partial payments depending on the proximity of the trip:
- Up to 30 Days Before Trip: Booking amount required. Optional 50%, 75%, or 100% payment.
- 29 - 21 Days Before Trip: Booking amount required. 50% payment is compulsory.
- 20 - 15 Days Before Trip: Booking amount required. 75% payment is compulsory.
- 14 - 7 Days Before Trip: 100% payment is required.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policies
If you decide to cancel your trip, the following refund conditions will apply based on the timing of the cancellation:
- Up to 30 Days Before Trip: Free cancellation. Full refund of the remaining amount, minus the booking amount, which will be refunded as a credit note.
- 29 - 21 Days Before Trip: 25% of the trip amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. The remaining amount, minus this fee, will be refunded.
- 21 - 15 Days Before Trip: 50% of the trip amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. The remaining amount, minus this fee, will be refunded.
- 14 - 0 Days Before Trip: 100% of the trip amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued.
3. Batch Shifting Policy
In certain cases, you may choose to shift your batch to a different date:
- Up to 30 Days Before Trip: Free batch shifting is allowed.
- 29 - 0 Days Before Trip: Batch shifting is not allowed. Regular cancellation policies will apply.
4. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of receiving the cancellation request. In cases where credit notes are issued, they can be applied towards future bookings with Love For Mountains Travels.
5. Non-Refundable Components
Some components of a trip may be non-refundable, such as specific arrangements for accommodation, transportation, or activities that were prepaid. These terms will be specified in the package details if they apply.
